Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

At Ruh, each garment is made with care and intention. If something isn’t quite right, you may return or exchange eligible items under the conditions below.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, your item(s) must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date

  • Be in original condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, and unstained

  • Include all original tags, packaging, boxes, and complementary items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked final sale, clearance, or discounted 50% or more

  • Personalised, monogrammed, or special-order items

  • Products showing signs of wear and tear

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria. Ineligible returns may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email returns@ruhworld.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and your reason for returning

  2. We will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number with instructions

  3. Return the item(s) using the original box or another secure carton

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for alternate sizes or other products. To proceed:

  1. Email returns@ruhworld.com to request an Exchange Authorisation (EA) number

  2. Clearly mention the item you’d like to exchange and the desired replacement

  3. Once your EA is issued, send the original item back to us at the address above

Please note:

  • Items must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns

  • Ruh does not cover return shipping fees for exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed upon inspection of the returned item


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Contact returns@ruhworld.com within 48 hours

  • Do not use the item if a defect is suspected

  • If damage occurred during transit, notify us within 48 hours to begin a return

Once returned, the item will be inspected. If the issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be arranged.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or refusal to collect, the package will be returned to us. Any associated shipping fees, duties, or taxes will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of return confirmation. You’ll receive a refund notification by email. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If preferred, Ruh can coordinate return shipping on your behalf.
